Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY M/s Strategy Incorporation Thank you for your interest in the programmes and schemes offered by M/s Strategy Incorporation (“the Company”). Strict No-Refund Policy M/s Strategy Incorporation follows a strict No Refund Policy. Once any payment (including advance, token money, full fees, or any other consideration) is received by the Company, the amount shall not be refunded under any circumstances. No request for refund, partial refund, cancellation, or return of money shall be entertained after the payment has been successfully received by the Company, irrespective of the reason stated by the applicant. Eligibility – Restricted to Bahujan Community Only This scheme / programme is exclusively open to members of the Bahujan community of India, i.e., persons belonging to: Scheduled Castes (SC) Scheduled Tribes (ST) Other Backward Classes (OBC) Minorities as notified by the Central Government or the respective State Governments from time to time. Persons who do not belong to the above categories are requested to stay away from this drive / scheme. Applications or payments received from non-eligible persons shall be treated as invalid, and the amount paid (if any) shall stand forfeited with no liability on the Company to refund the same. Important Notes Payment once received by the Company is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Company reserves the right to forfeit the entire amount in case of any misrepresentation regarding eligibility or any other material fact. No verbal assurance or communication by any representative of the Company shall override this written No-Refund Policy. By making the payment, the applicant confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Policy and the eligibility criteria stated above. Grievance Redressal For any queries (other than refund requests, which shall not be entertained), applicants may contact the Company through the official communication channels provided on the Company’s website / official documents. M/s Strategy Incorporation (This policy is final and binding on all applicants.)
